Exisiting beyond the confines of logic and intellect, instinct is the authentic essence of our being. It’s pure, raw internal feedback, without agenda.

Connected to instinct is a threat to conformist and control structures and has been widely ‘tamed’ out of us for that reason.

If shutdown, we lose touch with our true selves, unable to discern what’s genuinely ours. We must rely on external direction rather than internal knowing.

Attuned to it, we move with deep trust and solid footing.

Within the depths of our mammalian self lies a treasure trove of primordial power that’s fiercely intelligent and wildly freeing.

Untamed is a vessel to honour and awaken our primordial intelligence.


Welcome to Untamed

In a world dominated by external control, our instincts remain untouched by outside influences, offering a pure and genuine sense of self. Instinct goes beyond logic and intellect, representing the true essence of who we are—raw and agenda-free internal guidance. 

Tapping into this instinct challenges conformist structures that have long suppressed our natural intrinsic selves. If disconnected, we lose sight of our true essence, becoming reliant on external cues rather than trusting our internal wisdom. 

When attuned with our instincts, we move with confidence and trust. Within each of us lies a wellspring of primordial power—a fiercely intelligent and liberating force. Untamed is here to honour and awaken this innate intelligence - claiming our wild beast as an essential ally for our sovereign health.

What to expect: Expect to move, and be moved. You will gain a felt sense of all the channels through which your body expresses, including imagery, movement, sound, emotion, and sensational awareness. You’ll be supported to land inside your body where your primal instinctual intelligence resides.
